Mini-Series “Remastered” Debuts July 11

TNECD announced the premiere date of a new, original mini-series, “Remastered,” which focuses on the people and stories behind six iconic Tennessee companies.

“Remastered” debuts on Wednesday, July 11 at 8 p.m. EDT, 7 p.m. CDT on RFD-TV. The series features Jack Daniel’s, Lodge Cast Iron, St. Blues Guitars, United Record Pressing, Barrett Firearms Manufacturing and Prophetik Haute Couture.

“Remastered” was shot and produced over the course of 2017 in collaboration with Tennessee-based advertising agency Designsensory. Check out the series trailer above and click here for more about “Remastered.”

Hardee’s Parent Company Expands Headquarters in Franklin, Adding 145 Jobs

CKE Restaurants, Inc., the parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s sister chains, announced last week that it will invest $3.6 million to expand its corporate headquarters in Franklin. CKE plans to create 145 jobs in IT, finance, risk management and international operations. Here’s more.
