Animal Shelter to host seminar on feral cat population

The Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter will be hosting a special seminar to address the problem of feral cats in the community. The seminar will take place on Monday, March 25, at 6 p.m. in the courtroom at the Carter County Courthouse.
