Carter County Commission elects Lyons as chairman

The Carter County Commission saw some big changes during Monday night’s meeting at the courthouse.

Electing a new chairman

The commission elected County Commissioner Ray Lyons to replace Dr. Robert Acuff as the commission chairman.
