Little Milligan celebrates Halloween with annual event

ELIZABETHTON STAR – For decades now, the Little Milligan community has come together for some scary festive fun.

And this year was no different as people converged on the Little Milligan Elementary gym to celebrate the Halloween season Monday.

“We have done this since probably the 1960s, and it is just a tradition that has continued every year,” said Little Milligan teacher Christy Dickerson.
