Parrots & Tails set with lots of bands, food and fun to raise funds for animal shelter

JOHNSON CITY PRESS – There will be a full day of fun and activities on Saturday for those who love their dogs and cats and for those who just want to help the Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter. The day includes the Parrots and Tails IV Concert by the Bridge, featuring bands and musicians.
